Requirements:- Able to promptly manage and complete incomplete shifts.- Capable of managing and filling callout shifts.- Skilled in building and maintaining relationships with high-profile, private-pay, national accounts, and Bright Horizons cases.- Maintain a professional demeanor. Day-to-Day Responsibilities:- Keep shifts available.- Use systems to offer available shifts.- Post upcoming shifts for clients promptly.- Answer at least 85% of incoming calls.- Return calls within 24 hours. Qualifications:- Valid CNA license preferred.- Excellent communication skills.- Ability to handle conflicts and make sound decisions.- Strong knowledge of homecare regulations and company policies. Hours Required for the Position:- No mileage reimbursement- Two weeks PTO available
