We’re Hiring: Wound Care Nurse (RN)! Location: Rosedale Health & Rehab | Richmond, VA Schedule: Full-Time | Day Shift Are you a compassionate, detail-oriented nurse with a passion for healing? What You’ll Do: Assess, monitor, and treat acute and chronic wounds, pressure injuries, and post-op sites Collaborate with IDT to develop individualized care plans Document treatments and outcomes thoroughly Educate staff and patients on wound prevention and care best practices Maintain compliance with state, federal, and facility guidelines What You Bring: Current RN (VA) Wound care certification (WCC, CWCN, or willingness to obtain) preferred Skilled nursing experience a plus!
