Workday AMS Leader - Senior Director

For our client, we are seeking a Workday AMS Leader - Senior Director to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This role will oversee the strategy and execution of a managed services offering centered on Workday support and client service delivery. The Senior Director will drive operational excellence across a large client portfolio while partnering closely with business development, delivery, and leadership teams to improve growth, margin, and service quality. This individual will also help shape pricing, scope, and process improvements for the offering, with a strong emphasis on scalable operations and automation. Location: Chicago, IL - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $210,000 – $260,000 annually Responsibilities Lead the Workday application managed services offering, managing delivery for a large client portfolio Ensure high-quality service delivery for more than 1,400 cases annually Drive business development and cross-selling opportunities Develop and refine managed services offerings, including pricing and scope Build and mentor teams to strengthen leadership capabilities Oversee operational systems and reporting across multiple tools Lead strategic initiatives to improve efficiency and margins Qualifications 7+ years of experience in Workday application managed services or a related field Proven leadership experience managing large teams and client relationships Strong background in business development and revenue growth strategies Expertise in operational systems and process optimization Experience with AI enablement and automation initiatives Benefits Medical, dental, and vision coverage Wellness programs Participation in an annual incentive compensation program Opportunities for professional development and coaching Flexible work arrangements Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
