Brand Marketing Coordinator

Location: NYC / Times Square; onsite 5 days a weekJob Type: 9 month contract with potential for extensionCompensation Range: $30 - 35 per hourThe Brand Marketing Coordinator will support the development and execution of brand and multi-title marketing initiatives Reporting into the Manager of Brand Marketing, this role will help bring integrated marketing campaigns to life by supporting campaign planning, cross-functional coordination, creative development, and operational execution.Responsibilities:Support the execution of brand campaigns, multi-title initiatives, and tentpole marketing programs.Assist marketing leads with campaign planning, timelines, approvals, and deliverables.Coordinate the trafficking and distribution of creative assets, campaign materials, and marketing updates across internal teams and agency partners.Schedule meetings and coordinate logistics for team and cross-functional discussions.Capture meeting notes, document action items, and help track follow-ups across stakeholder groups.Maintain and organize key campaign documents, calendars, trackers, presentations, and status reports.Assist in the development of presentations, planning documents, executive updates, and campaign recaps.Conduct competitive research, industry analysis, and trend monitoring to help inform marketing strategies and campaign planning.Assist in gathering campaign performance data and key insights from cross-functional teams.Qualifications:1-2 years of experience in marketing, entertainment, media, advertising, or a related field, including internships and coordinator-level experience.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, Google Slides, and Google Sheets.Experience supporting marketing campaigns with media execution.Experience within entertainment, streaming, media, advertising, or consumer brands.Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools such as Airtable, Monday.com, Asana, or similar platforms.JOBID: JN -092026-161772#LI-CELLA#LI-MN1#PLEqual Opportunity Employer: Race, Color, Religion, Sex, Sexual Orientation, Gender Identity, National Origin, Age, Genetic Information, Disability, Protected Veteran Status, or any other legally protected group status.At Cella, a randstad digital company, we welcome people of all abilities and want to ensure that our hiring and interview process meets the needs of all applicants.
