Key Responsibilities Develops, implements, and documents individualized care plans with clear goals, collaborating with the interprofessional team, patients, and families. Uses critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient values, cultural, spiritual, and population-specific considerations. Ensures communication of the care plan across all levels of care, proactively addressing barriers to patient involvement. Supports a safe, healing environment and adheres to regulatory standards. Qualifications & Skills Education: Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred. Licenses & Certifications: Valid RN license. Experience: No experience required; 2+ years in ICU, ED, IR, or Cath Lab preferred. Skills: Strong assessment, communication, and collaboration abilities; commitment to safety and professional growth.
