We're looking for energetic, persuasive, and customer-focused Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to join our growing team. What You'll Do:

• Be the first point of contact at the kiosk greet every customer with a smile.
• Educate guests on Sparkle's wash packages, products, and membership program.
• Promote memberships and upgrades.
• Create a welcoming, efficient experience that keeps customers coming back.
• Work collaboratively with your team to maintain smooth operations.

Who You Are:

• Energetic, persuasive, and professional you love engaging with people.
• Self-motivated and driven to meet goals.
• Reliable, positive, and team-oriented.
• Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet.
• Experience in customer service or sales is a plus, but not required.

Pay & Perks:

• $15.00$20.00/hour (plus commission).
• Commission-heavy role with significant earning potential.
• All employees are eligible for club plan commissions.
