You’ll be the first person our clients meet (virtually or in person), and your energy sets the tone for the entire experience. We’re looking for a detail-oriented, people-first professional to be the welcoming face and steady heartbeat of our office. Key Responsibilities Roll out the red carpet for clients and guests, creating a warm and professional first impression. Manage incoming calls with friendly, professional support. Coordinate meetings, conferences, and team calendars with expert scheduling skills. Support attorneys and staff with notes, reminders, and travel arrangements. Manage office supplies and maintain a well-stocked, organized workspace. Organize documents and maintain clean, accurate digital filing systems. Assist with light administrative tasks, occasional errands, and upkeep of shared spaces.
