Position Overview:
We are seeking experienced PTs to provide in-home physical therapy services to patients throughout Palm Beach County. This role offers flexibility and independence while making a meaningful impact on patients’ lives.
What You’ll Do:
Travel to patients’ homes to provide skilled physical therapy
Assess, treat, and develop care plans based on patient needs
Document visits and progress accurately
Collaborate with our clinical team to ensure quality care
Requirements:
Active Florida PT license
Minimum 1 year of homecare experience
Reliable transportation
Strong communication and documentation skills
Compensation & Perks:
Paid per visit (rate discussed with DON during interview)
