Requirements:

Key Responsibilities

· Greet and assist customers at the sales counter in a professional and friendly manner

· Provide product recommendations and technical support for plumbing supplies and fixtures

· Process sales orders, quotes, returns, and payments accurately

· Maintain strong relationships with contractors, builders, and trade professionals

· Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure timely order fulfillment

· Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment

· Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries

· Keep the sales counter and showroom organized and presentable

· Stay informed about product knowledge, pricing, and promotions

Job Requirements

· 5+ years of experience in plumbing or plumbing supply industry.

· Knowledge of plumbing products, fittings, fixtures, valves, and tools

· Strong customer service and sales skills

· Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure

· Basic computer and point-of-sale system knowledge

· Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

· Forklift certification is a plus (if applicable)

· High school diploma or equivalent preferred

· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

· Pass pre-employment drug screen, physical and background check
