Lead Mammography Technologist

The Lead Mammography Technologist is responsible for providing clinical and operational leadership within the Breast Care Center. This role ensures high-quality imaging services, regulatory compliance (ACR, MQSA), staff competency, and an exceptional patient-centered experience. The Lead Technologist supports daily operations, workflow efficiency, and continuous quality improvement initiatives.

Type: Full-time, 80 hours per 2 week pay period

Typical hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00a-4:30p

Education:

- Associates degree- required

- Bachelor's degree- preferred

License/Certification:

- ARRT (R) and (M) certification- required- BLS certification- required

Experience:

- Minimum eight (8) years of mammography experience- required- Prior leadership or lead technologist experience- preferred
