Account Administration Associate for a Mortgage Servicing Company in Carrollton, TX

LOCATION
Carrollton, TX | Onsite

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
• $18.00–$21.50 per hour

• Mon - Fri 8am-5pm
• 12-week temporary assignment

Support the Account Administration team for a mortgage servicing company by keeping important loan files organized, protected, and properly maintained. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, comfortable working with documents, and able to follow established processes. Your work will help ensure active and completed loan records are accurate, accessible, and handled appropriately.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Organize, review, and maintain active and completed mortgage loan files.
• Help protect, organize, and properly store original loan documents and other important records.
• Assist with documenting and certifying approved record destruction activities according to established procedures.
• Restore and maintain an organized file inventory so documents can be easily located and tracked.
• Provide general administrative and records support, including document sorting, filing, tracking, and organization.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• Previous administrative, document processing, records management, mortgage servicing, or similar office experience.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to organize and manage a high volume of documents accurately.
• Ability to follow established procedures and handle confidential information with care.
• Experience working with mortgage, loan, banking, financial services, or other document-heavy records.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Comfortable working independently on repetitive, detail-focused tasks.
