You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. As an attentive, sociable, and sales-minded professional, we are eager to have you on our team. Responsibilities: Manage customer accounts and update information in the database. Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status. Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance. Qualifications: Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred Bilingual in Spanish Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams Self-motivated Proactive in problem solving Ability to make presentations to potential customers Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain) Life and Health license (must be able to obtain) #J-18808-Ljbffr Juliana Velez - State Farm Agent
