Licensing Coordinator

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Licensing Coordinator (Compliance) to support licensing, credentialing, compliance tracking, and regulatory documentation activities. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in administration, compliance, insurance, operations in healthcare or other heavily regulated environments.

The Licensing Specialist will help maintain accurate records, coordinate license renewals and applications, track deadlines, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. This position offers an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to build a career in compliance, licensing, or business operations.

• Research licensing requirements- new or updated instructions, forms, and attachments. Obtain clarification from the state regulator, if necessary
• Assist with preparation of license applications for TPA, PBM, Pharmacy, etc
• Track deadlines, expiration dates, and renewal requirements.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in company databases and systems.
• Process notifications to regulatory agencies, licensing boards, and vendors..
• Monitor compliance requirements and ensure timely completion of licensing activities.
• Perform data entry, and quality checks to ensure record accuracy.
• Work with Legal and Compliance Departments on licensing issues and questions.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in administration, customer service, licensing, compliance, credentialing, healthcare administration, insurance, operations, or a related field preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with databases, document management systems, or regulatory records is a plus.
