We are seeking a talented and driven Culinary Lead Chef to join our team. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen and is passionate about delivering exceptional food and memorable dining experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and execute daily kitchen operations with consistency and efficiency
- Manage ordering of food, supplies, and kitchen equipment
- Ensure the highest standards of food quality, freshness, and sanitation
- Develop, standardize, and maintain recipes and plate presentations
- Lead, mentor, and support kitchen staff to maintain a high-performing team
- Collaborate with management to create outstanding guest experiences.
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience in culinary arts or a related role
- Strong understanding of food cost control and labor management
- Passion for culinary innovation and high-quality ingredients
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Ability to excel under pressure in a fast-paced environment
