Human Resources Coordinator

Job Description
The Dupps Company, located in Germantown, OH, is currently looking for a HR Coordinator to join its dynamic team! The hours for the position are Monday - Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm.
\n \nDuties/Responsibilities:
\n- \n
- Answer and direct phone calls for The Dupps Company main line \n
- Greet and direct visitors \n
- Assist with mail services for the office employees \n
- Serve as the main contact for fitness reimbursements and service reward program \n
- Assist Benefits specialist with employee engagement and wellness activities \n
- Maintain digital and hard copy employee records \n
- Assist with DOT compliance and physical scheduling \n
- Act as back up for the Sales Administrative Assistant \n
- Other duties as assigned \n
Skills:
\n- \n
- Proficient with Microsoft Suites \n
- Excellent communication skills \n
- Ability to work with confidential information \n
- Multitasking \n
Education/Experience Needed:
\n- \n
- Associates degree preferred \n
- At least two years of experience as an HR Coordinator, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience \n
- Notary a plus! \n
This is an on-site position.
