Customer Service Representative (Hybrid) - 1st Shift
$21.28 - $26.78 per hourStryker Orthopaedics
Stryker seeks a Customer Service Representative for its Wood Dale, Illinois office to handle phone and email inquiries from sales and healthcare professionals. The hybrid role involves supporting sales operations, processing customer requests, maintaining records, and resolving billing discrepancies.
Responsibilities
- Answer phone, email, and fax inquiries from sales representatives and healthcare professionals
- Document customer interactions, complaints, and actions taken in company systems
- Determine charges for product requests and collaborate on invoice dispute resolution
- Maintain accurate customer pricing and enter contracts into systems of record
- Support inventory accuracy through proper billing and replenishment processes in ERP system
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Two years of relevant customer service or sales support experience
- Minimum 50 words per minute typing speed
- Residence within one hour of Wood Dale, Illinois location
- Familiarity with ERP, CRM, or SAP systems preferred
- Hospital or medical field experience preferred
Compensation: $21.28-$26.78 USD hourly (USN) or $23.41-$29.46 USD hourly (US10)
