About the Role:

You will evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans to restore function, reduce pain, and improve mobility for patients across the lifespan. This role includes a mix of outpatient and hospital-based care , providing variety and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans

• Provide therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and functional training

• Educate patients and families on recovery and prevention strategies

• Collaborate with providers and interdisciplinary team members

• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the EMR

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program

• Active Washington State Physical Therapist license

• Current CPR/BLS certification (or obtained within 3 months of hire)

Preferred:

• Experience in a rural, outpatient, or critical access hospital setting

• Strong communication and patient engagement skills

• Experience with Epic or similar EMR
