Job Description

Up to $10,000 Sign-On Bonus

Up to $3,000 Relocation Bonus

Shift: Monday-Friday 9am-6pm preferred, open to discussion

Responsibilities

Determine physical therapy diagnosis and establish a plan of care, recommending referrals if needed.

Design and implement treatment plans using practice standards, recommended techniques, modalities, insurance guidelines, and patient needs.

Assess patient ability to safely and effectively perform functional mobility skills and evaluate muscle, nerve, joint, and integumentary systems.

Support consumer marketing and public awareness through community events, educational lectures, and clinical outreach.

Oversee care provided by physical therapist assistants and rehabilitation therapy aides, following regulations and practice standards; participate in practice changes and quality initiatives.

Document and charge accurately, completely, and timely using measurable and objective terminology per standards of practice, insurance guidelines, and policy.

Participate in marketing to physicians and physician practices to build referral relationships.

Perform evaluations and re-evaluations using recommended techniques and standards.

Monitor patient response and progress; modify treatment plans as appropriate.
