Qualifications:

• Nursing Diploma in Nursing required or Associate's degree in nursing required or Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred
• 1 year of experience as a registered nurse or completion of an RN residency program required.
• 1 year of Med-Surg and/or Post Acute Inpatient Rehab experience preferred
• RN Registered upon hire required and BCLS Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly required
• CPI Crisis Prevention Intervention training annually within 90 days required
• FIM Functional Independent Measure within 6 months required
• ACLS Advanced Cardiac Life Support upon hire preferred
• CRRN Certified Rehabilitation Registered Nurse upon hire preferred
• A high degree of confidentiality, positive interpersonal skills, and ability to function in a fast-paced environment.
