Job Title Remote Licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Sales Agent (Vendor) Overview As a remote licensed P&C insurance sales agent, you will provide custom insurance quotes for home, auto, renters, and personal umbrella policies, aiming to convert at least 20% of calls into sales. You’ll handle inbound calls and occasional outbound follow‑ups, ensuring exceptional customer experiences through empathy, active listening, clear policy education, and cross‑selling opportunities. Responsibilities Provide custom quotes for property and casualty insurance products. Convert at least 20% of calls into sales. Handle inbound calls and occasional outbound follow‑ups. Educate customers on policy options and required documentation. Identify cross‑selling and upselling opportunities aligned with customer needs. Navigate multiple systems simultaneously while maintaining smooth conversations. Document interactions thoroughly for accuracy and continuity. Maintain a quiet, distraction‑free home environment and professional communication. Qualifications 1+ years of sales experience (P&C insurance preferred). Active resident license to sell Property & Casualty insurance (no current appointments preferred). Proven ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑energy environment. Strong sales skills—ability to influence customers and close sales. Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. High‑speed internet (minimum 10 Mbps upload / 50 Mbps download; 60Mbps combined). Strong PC and computer navigation skills. Ability to multitask with CRM tools and quoting systems. Valid U.S. residential address; smartphone for authentication. High school diploma or GED. Benefits & Compensation Base pay of $18 per hour (subject to location, qualifications, and experience).
