Pay: $23.66 / hour

Shift: Day Shift, Monday - Friday

To Be Considered for This Position, Applicants Must:

• Have at least 2 years of recent warehouse experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
• Have previous forklift operating experience (sit-down, stand-up, electric pallet jack, tugger, or similar warehouse equipment).
• Demonstrate a stable and consistent work history with long-term employment.
• Be comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment while meeting productivity and quality expectations.

Position Overview:

• Work is performed in a traditional warehousing type environment and picking parts according to customer order and placing parts in work areas.
• Read customer orders, work orders, shipping orders, or documents to determine items to be moved, gathered, distributed and/or shipped.
• Initiate and maintain ongoing open communication with IHRO customers, 3rd party vendors and other internal department to verify, escalate service orders
• Move items from bulk containers or racks, shelves, or in bins according to a predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color, or product code.
• Assist in the counting and accurate tracking of materials or items received or distributed. May also assist with the physical counting of inventory.
• Maintain Inventory Control
• Maintain accurate records
• Ensure accurate and timely shipments and receipts
• Respond to and resolve inquiries
• Organizing facility, warehouse, and/or work area for orderliness at all times (5S).
• Able to work required scheduled deemed necessary to meet the production goals and Key Performance Indicators of the site. Schedule may fluctuate based on the needs of the business.
• Other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities:

• Unload, depalletize, and transport server racks to designated locations, i.e., Roll Racks
• Receiving, checking, and booking in of deliveries
• Picking, dispatching related activities
• Unboxing and re-boxing of items
• Receipt and task query assistance
• 5S / housekeeping duties
• Other duties as assigned

Key Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to push, pull, or lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience operating a forklift, electric tug, and/or pallet jack
• Ability to work with diverse group of people and be a team player.
• Flexible – able to work overtime or varying shifts as required to support the demands of the business.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
