We're looking for a driven Civil Engineer to join a collaborative team working on a diverse portfolio of land development, site design, and infrastructure projects . This is an exciting opportunity to take a hands-on role in project planning and design while working alongside experienced engineers, project managers, and technical professionals.

What You'll Do

• Design and develop site and land development projects with increasing responsibility and independence.
• Prepare engineering calculations, analyses, and technical design solutions.
• Create grading, drainage, utility, and site layout plans using AutoCAD Civil 3D .
• Collaborate with engineers, project managers, clients, and regulatory agencies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Research and apply applicable codes, regulations, and engineering standards to project designs.
• Support the preparation of permit applications, technical reports, and engineering studies.
• Provide guidance and coordination to CAD designers and drafters during project development.
• Utilize industry-standard engineering software to solve technical challenges and optimize designs.
• Assist with project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and deliverable tracking.
• Ensure projects meet quality standards, safety requirements, and client expectations.
• Take ownership of project tasks and contribute to successful project outcomes.

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Experience with land development, site design, grading, and drainage projects .
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and related design software.
• Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, construction practices, and design standards.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.

Preferred Experience

• Site development and permitting experience.
• Knowledge of local, municipal, and state design requirements.
• Experience with stormwater management, utility design, roadway design, or infrastructure projects.
• Familiarity with coordinating multidisciplinary project teams.

The pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $75000.00/yr.
