Machine Operator – CNC Mills & Lathes (1st Shift | $16–$24/hr)

Join a family‑owned, local machine shop as a Machine Operator and become part of a tight‑knit team producing high‑quality components for automotive, electronics, military, and other precision‑driven industries. This is a stable, weekday, daytime role in a friendly and supportive environment.

Schedule & Pay

• 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Pay: $16–$24 per hour, based on experience
• Casual shop environment (no steel‑toed boots required)

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC mills and lathes efficiently
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience as a machine operator preferred
• Ability to work well in a small team setting

This is a Permanent position based out of Montoursville, PA.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $25.00/hr.
