Valet Attendant/Bell Person

Overview Valet It is the responsibility of the Valet Attendant to park and retrieve guest vehicles while performing a high level of customer service. This position must also exhibit a high level of professional and personalized guest service that embodies the Company’s brand standard and core values (K.E.E.P. – Kindness, Engagement, Empathy and Positivity). Bell Person As a Bell Person, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive first impression for our guests by providing exceptional service and assistance with their luggage. Responsibilities Greet guests upon arrival and departure in a professional and friendly manner; assist guests with valet & luggage ensuring prompt and efficient service Provide information about Hotel and Casino amenities, services, and promotions Safely transport guests’ luggage to and from their rooms while maintaining the security and confidentiality of the belongings Communicate effectively with other Hotel and Casino staff to coordinate guest services Anticipate and respond to guests’ needs promptly to ensure an enjoyable experience during their stay Adhere to all security and safety regulations Park and retrieve all guests and patrons cars using care and caution at all times, following all departmental rules and regulations as well as driving safety rules Maintain a clean and safe working area Assist Bell & Door employees as needed Write claim tickets for guests vehicles being parked as specified in departmental rules Perform duties of traffic control and monitoring driveway lanes to efficiently park and retrieve guests vehicles Qualifications Previous experience as a Valet Attendant and/or Bell Person or in a similar customer service role is preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of the local area and attractions is a plus Pay Range Starting from USD $12.00/Hr.
