This entry-level role works under close supervision and follows clearly defined procedures to ensure timely and accurate material flow in support of laboratory, production, and operational needs.**Essential Duties**Include, but are not limited to, the following:* Receive, inspect, label, and store incoming materials in designated locations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with procedures.* Operate equipment essential to job duties, including forklifts, electric jacks, cherry pickers, and other machinery specific to the site.* Place goods in designated storage areas and restock lab supplies as needed.* Fulfill internal material requests and deliver materials to appropriate locations.* Support basic inventory transactions and data entry in SAP/EWM.* Assist with packaging and preparing outbound shipments, including compliance with DOT and IATA hazardous materials regulations.* Accurately document receipt, storage, and shipment records.* Ensure adherence to GMP guidelines, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and safety requirements.* Escalate inventory discrepancies, damaged goods, or other issues per escalation protocols.* Engage in cross-training and continuous skill development.**Minimum Qualifications*** High school diploma/GED and 1 year of relevant experience; or associate degree in logistics, business, or related field.* Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and accurate data entry skills.* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet.* Ability to obtain forklift certification.* Demonstrated ability to perform the essential duties of the position with or without accommodation.* Applicants must be currently authorized to work in country where work will be performed on a full or part-time basis. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of employment visas at this time.**Preferred Qualifications*** Prior experience in warehouse or material handling role.* Exposure to SAP, EWM, or other ERP systems.* Experience in GMP or biotech environment.#LI-AE1Salary Range:$36,000.00 - $57,000.00The annual base salary shown is for this position located in US - WI - Madison on a full-time basis.
