What You'll Do * Coordinate import/export documentation and track shipments. * Support trade compliance inquiries, audits, and restricted party screenings. * Validate supplier certificates of origin and maintain PTA records. * Assist with CTPAT training and security validations. * Oversee brokers and freight forwarders for compliance and service quality. What We're Looking For * Education: Bachelor's in International Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Accounting, or Business Administration. * Experience: 3+ years in customs and international trade (automotive industry preferred). * Skills: * Knowledge of U.S. Customs regulations * Strong organizational and communication skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and trade documentation systems * Languages: English required; Spanish a plus. * Certifications: CILT, CCS, or U.S. Customs Broker License are a bonus.
