At Well-Spring, our nurses build strong relationships with residents while providing compassionate, high-quality care in a supportive, team-focused environment. We are currently seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Assisted Living team on 3rd shift . This role provides overnight clinical oversight, supports care staff, and helps ensure our residents feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for throughout the night. Full-Time 3rd Shift: Monday–Thursday 11:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m. Assisted Living setting Position Summary In this role, you will provide clinical oversight during overnight hours, working closely with Med Techs and care staff to monitor resident wellbeing, respond to changes in condition, and ensure a calm, safe environment. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently while still being part of a supportive team.
