Floor Coverings International of Chester County is looking for an experienced sales professional who is ready to take their career beyond the traditional showroom floor.
This is an opportunity to build your own book of business within a proven system , with company-provided leads, a mobile showroom, marketing support, project management, and the tools you need to succeed.
As a Sales Representative , you'll meet homeowners in their homes, understand their needs, help them find the right flooring solution, and guide them through the process from consultation to installation. You'll also have the opportunity to develop your own referral network and generate repeat business in your community.
If you're a relationship-driven salesperson who enjoys the freedom of working independently and is motivated by the opportunity to earn based on your results, we'd love to meet you.
Compensation
Base Salary: $60,000
On-target earnings: $100,000 - $120,000
