Bilingual RecruiterCompany: Onsite Dealer SolutionsLocation: Mission, KS - In OfficePay: $19–$21 per hour, based on experience and qualificationsBenefitsPaid Time Off (PTO)Health InsuranceDental InsuranceVision Insurance401(k)Schedule:Full -Time: 40 hours per weekMonday–Friday: 8:00 AM–4:30 PMPosition OverviewOnsite Dealer Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented, reliable, and proactive Bilingual Recruiter to join our team. This position will play an important role in supporting day-to-day recruiting functions and will serve as a key resource in ensuring smooth operations within the department.The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate and post job openings on appropriate job boards and recruiting platforms.Review applications and resumes to identify qualified candidates.Conduct initial phone screens and interviews with candidates.Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.Communicate with candidates throughout the recruiting process.Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records.Assist with the onboarding process for new hires.Track recruiting activity, candidate status, and hiring progress.Support the HR Recruiter with additional recruiting tasks and projects as needed.Qualifications1–2 years of administrative experience required; recruiting experience preferred.Bilingual Spanish-speaking skills are required.Strong organizational and time-management skills.High attention to detail and accuracy.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.Experience with HR or recruiting software is a plus.About Us: OnSite Dealer Solutions is a complete automotive dealership services provider of quality solutions for Sales, Finance, Service and Body Shop departments.
