Portfolio Manager, Affordable Housing

Housing Pierce County is seeking a Portfolio Manager to oversee a portfolio of HPC and third party properties across Pierce County. You will supervise site staff and vendors, enforce leases, drive occupancy and revenue, and maintain curb appeal and resident relations. Reporting to the Director of Property Management, you will develop strategic plans, monitor budgets and KPIs, coordinate with Finance, lead special projects, and ensure compliance with HUD and IRS rules while safeguarding resident #J-18808-Ljbffr Pierce County Housing Authority
