Job Description
Title: Registered Nurse - Labor and Delivery

Schedule: Variable - Day and Night shifts possible - 12 Hour shifts (36 hours weekly) following the first week of orientation. Scheduled 12 hours call at least once/month.

Assignment Details:
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Guaranteed Hours: Not guaranteed

Requirements:
- Must possess a State of HI license by the start of the assignment.
- Minimum of 3 years of labor and delivery experience.
- Certifications: BLS & NRP required; STABLE & Advanced FM recommended.
- Experience with computerized systems, specifically Meditech, and fetal monitoring systems.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide care for laboring patients and assist with deliveries.
- Offer immediate care for newborns and post-delivery care for mothers.
- Monitor fetal condition and manage potential complications.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Compliance / Notes:
- Must arrive the Thursday before the start date for required employee health appointments.
