Senior Full Stack DeveloperGenesis10 is currently seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer for a contract position with a Global Financial Institution located in Jersey City, NJ and Charlotte, NC. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity.This role is responsible for developing complex requirements, enhancing, modifying, and maintaining applications within the Financial Crimes technology space. The developer will design, code, test, debug, and document programs, working closely with business partners to define system application requirements and contributing to the full development lifecycle of delivered capabilities.Responsibilities:Design, code, test, debug, and document programs and support activities for application maintenanceWork closely with business partners in defining requirements for system applicationsContribute to story refinement, define requirements, and estimate work necessary for deliveryPerform proof of concepts as necessary to mitigate risk or implement new ideasSet up and automate the continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelineHandle technical aspects of the application, including Change Management, Maintenance, and Platform UpgradesPromote and apply best practices and standards at a project and program levelAnalyze present-state, develop alternative future-state approaches, and facilitate implementationFollow Agile practices while ensuring all Enterprise Change Standards are metRequirements:Typically requires 10+ years of applicable experienceBS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or any quantitative disciplineExpertise in Web Application development using ReactJS and Java SpringStrong programming skills in building multi-tier applications using Spring Boot 5.xStrong experience in RESTful Web services and Spring core (Dependency Injection, Annotations, Configurations)Knowledge and experience in Java Spring JPA, Hibernate, Spring JDBC, and Node.jsKnowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JQuery, and ReduxExperience with Web Containers such as Tomcat 9.0+ and JBossDatabase experience with Oracle 19cStrong SQL knowledge, data analysis skills, and experience in tuning processes and SQLExperience with Maven 3.0 and Unix shell scriptingFamiliarity and experience with Autosys or other scheduling toolsStrong working experience in Agile methodologyExperience with SDLC, CI/CD, and change management tools (Jira, Bitbucket, Jenkins, Artifactory, Ansible)Pay range: $58.26 - $66.26 per hourOnly candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.If you have the described qualifications and are interested in this exciting opportunity, please apply!
