We are currently seeking an experienced Live-In Home Manager who is compassionate, dependable, emotionally mature, passionate about helping others live fulfilling lives and has a Big heart.

We are a small, family-style Adult Foster Care home serving a maximum of four women residents , allowing you to provide personalized care, build meaningful relationships, and truly make a difference in the lives of those you support.

Position Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Supporting, advising, and helping residents navigate personal, emotional, and daily living challenges
• Medication preparation and dispensing
• Meal preparation and serving
• Coordinating and facilitating resident activities and outings
• Transportation assistance, including resident drop-offs and pick-ups
• Communicating professionally with guardians, case managers, transportation providers, family members, and other support professionals
• Maintaining a warm, structured, and positive home environment
• Housekeeping in common living areas
• Laundry assistance
• Monitoring resident well-being and documenting concerns when necessary

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A minimum of 4 years of caregiving, healthcare, mental health, residential care, or related experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Attention to detail
• Patience, compassion, and emotional maturity
• The ability to work independently and responsibly
• Good professional boundaries and sound judgment
• Good physical and mental health
• Non-smoker

Requirements

• Clean driving record required
• Valid driver's license required
• Background check required
• Drug screening required
• Completion of required training and onboarding
• Ability to safely transport residents to appointments, activities, and community outings
• First Aid/CPR certification

Schedule & Living Arrangement

This is a live-in position with a move-in date of September 2026 .
