Location: Mid-Atlantic Region (Confidential) Position Type: Full-Time / Executive The Opportunity Are you an executive leader who knows how to scale a manufacturing business, but still retains the grit and operational know-how of the shop floor? We are exclusively partnering with a well-established, multi-shift plastic injection molding manufacturer serving highly stable industries (medical, electronics, consumer packaging, and industrial equipment). The company boasts massive open production capacity, large-tonnage press capabilities, and owners who are fully capitalized and ready to invest in modern machinery and proprietary product development. Performance has plateaued, and the owners are looking for a true corporate architect to step in, take the reins, and unlock the next phase of growth. The Role As President, you will have complete autonomy over the strategic direction of the organization. This isn't a role for a divisional manager or someone who wants to maintain the status quo. You will be tasked with building a robust sales expansion strategy, driving marketing initiatives, optimizing pricing, and establishing a future-focused corporate vision. While day-to-day manufacturing operations are currently handled by an efficient plant management team, you must be a "dual-threat" leader. You need the deep, foundational injection molding experience required to confidently step in and steer plant operations directly if business continuity ever demands it. What We Are Looking For True Executive Leadership: A proven track record of leading an entire manufacturing organization through significant growth and transformation (not just managing a specific business unit or division). Growth & Commercial Mastery: Verifiable history of expanding sales, building market share, and implementing successful pricing strategies without relying on pre-existing sales teams. Industry Credibility: Deep roots in plastic injection molding. You understand the technical side of the business just as well as the financial side. High-EQ & Client Retention: Strong consultative skills to manage highly concentrated, critical customer relationships and ensure absolute client comfort during organizational changes.
