You'll be responsible for maintaining the integrity, philosophy, and standards of our effective rehabilitation program. This role is crucial in ensuring program compliance while supporting our beneficiaries' recovery journey.What You'll DoProgram Management:Enforce house rules and maintain overall center securityConduct new beneficiary orientations including facility toursLead weekly house meetingsSupervise medication calls and ensure proper documentationRespond to beneficiary inquiries and emergenciesComplete incident reports and Safe From Harm documentationConduct regular bed checksBeneficiary Support:Implement and coordinate leisure time activitiesProvide safe transportation when neededAssist in resolving beneficiary problemsTrain and supervise work therapy assignmentsAssess and refer spiritual needs to Chaplain/AdministratorAdminister drug and alcohol screening tests as requiredAdministrative Duties:Maintain daily reports and electronic data entriesDocument program violations and incidentsParticipate in professional development trainingSupport center policies and proceduresMonitor and ensure program complianceWhy Join UsMission-driven work that supports programs in your communityOn-the-job trainingTeam-oriented environmentEmployee Discount, Employee Assistance Program, and more!What You NeedRequired:Education & Experience:High School Diploma or EquivalentPrevious managerial experience preferredValid Driver's License with ability to qualify for Salvation Army insuranceSkills & Abilities:Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilitiesExcellent communication and presentation skillsAbility to interpret technical instructionsBasic mathematical and reporting abilitiesStrong interpersonal and conflict resolution skillsPhysical Requirements:Manual dexterity for computer workAbility to lift/move up to 20 poundsClear speaking, hearing, and vision abilitiesWork Environment:Residential institutional settingQuiet to moderate noise levelSome warehouse/store exposureThe Salvation Army is an equal opportunity employer.
