Job Summary :
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Personal Assistant to support our dynamic team. This position is ideal for individuals who are looking to kickstart their career in administration and personal support while gaining valuable hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment. As an Entry Level Personal Assistant, you will play a crucial role in helping with day-to-day tasks and responsibilities, ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for a range of administrative duties, including managing schedules, organizing files, and assisting with various projects.
- Manage and maintain schedules for team members
- Assist in organizing meetings and coordinating logistics
- Handle correspondence and communications
- Maintain filing systems, both electronic and paper-based
- Prepare documents and presentations as needed
- Conduct research and compile reports for projects
- Assist with travel arrangements and itinerary planning
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information
