Provide skilled physical therapy services. Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, safety, and mobility. Complete OASIS and clinical documentation in a timely manner. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed. Promote safe, high‑quality patient care and excellent outcomes. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program. Current Michigan Physical Therapist license. Current CPR certification. Minimum of 2 years of PT experience preferred.
