Divisional Sales Trainer

We continue to expand our teams, our diversified business model, and more importantly, we begin to cement our role as a future leader in the automotive industry. *OPPORTUNITY AVAILABLE TO CANIDATES LIVING IN THE SOUTH/NORTH EAST/MID ATLANTIC REGIONS* ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Design, develop and implement comprehensive quarterly and annual sales training plans that support Westlake’s sales objectives. Monitor effectiveness of training techniques and suitability of training programs. Train Provide up-to-date training handouts, slides, and videos to the sales force. Review and purchase potential sales contracts during dealer visits. Participate in Regional meetings, trade shows, Regional activities, special events and seminars. Willingness to travel 3-4 days per week ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILL & LICENSES Strong supervisory and management skills. Detail-oriented, ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities. Effective and professional verbal and written communication skills. Advanced PC skills; ability to work with multiple platforms. Extensive sales knowledge preferred Pay Scale $60,000.00 - $111,900.00 Annual Range Bonus Potential Paid Monthly The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire and will be dependent on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to geographic location, skill set, experience, education, credentials, and licensure when applicable Knowledge, Skills, Licenses Ability to persuade and influence others Presentation skills (from initial creation to delivery) Strong interpersonal and communication skills Knowledge communication skills Knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques Significant local travel to current and potential clients. This requires the possession of a valid state driver's license EDUCATION Bachelor's degree (B.
