- Support the designated ADA/Section 504 Coordinator and qualified Accessibility Services professionals while preserving their responsibility for individualized accommodation determinations and confidential disability records.

- Coordinate informal resolution, facilitated dialogue, conflict coaching, and other educational interventions when appropriate.
- Provide operational leadership for the college's Behavioral Intervention Team called KnightCARE.
- Review care reports, coordinate NaBITA risk and needs assessment, assign follow-up responsibilities, and ensure timely connections to college and community resources.
- Develop individualized response and continuity plans in collaboration with appropriate partners, including Campus Police, Accessibility Services, counseling or community providers, faculty, and campus leadership.
- Review and recommend revisions to the Student Code of Conduct, disciplinary procedures, grievance procedures, student-facing forms, sanctioning guidance, and related communications.
- Recruit, train, and support hearing-body members and conduct administrators on due process, impartiality, confidentiality, documentation, and educational sanctioning.
- Provide recurring training to faculty, staff, and students on conduct reporting, classroom disruption, de-escalation, care referrals, disability access, and available support services.
- Maintain professional knowledge through relevant TCSG training and associations focused on student conduct, behavioral intervention, accessibility, and student affairs best practices.
