The LPN Charge Nurse is responsible for delivering and overseeing direct resident care, ensuring accurate medication administration, timely treatments, and compliant clinical documentation. This role serves as a clinical leader on the unit, supporting staff, coordinating care, and promoting safe, high-quality outcomes for residents. Qualifications Candidates must possess a current Ohio LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) license and current CPR certification, along with a minimum of six months of experience in geriatric nursing.
