Production Associate - 1st Shift Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $16.10 / hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 06:30am to 02:30pm )
- Load and unload parts onto racks, hooks, or fixtures for the coating process.
- Perform repetitive production tasks while maintaining quality and efficiency standards.
- Inspect parts and materials to ensure they meet production requirements.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following all safety procedures.
- Assist with additional production duties as needed to support daily manufacturing operations.
Production Associate - 1st Shift Qualifications:
- No previous manufacturing experience required; production experience is helpful but not necessary.
- Ability to stand, bend, stoop, and repeatedly lift up to 25 pounds throughout the shift.
- Must provide and wear steel-toe safety footwear and all required PPE while on the production floor.
- Strong attention to safety, quality, attendance, and punctuality.
- Must successfully complete a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
