We are seeking a skilled Commercial HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team. Founded through the expertise of two respected companies-Anderson Mechanical Services, Inc. and Inspiration Plumbing Company-we bring award-winning service to commercial clients in new construction, renovations, upfits, design-build, and system installations.Family -owned and operated, VMG combines the personalized service of a trusted partner with the resources and capabilities of a large specialty firm. Key ResponsibilitiesInstall, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC systems including rooftop units, chillers, boilers, and controls.Perform preventive maintenance to maximize system performance and lifespan.Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues; recommend cost-effective repair or replacement solutions.Respond promptly to service calls and emergency requests.Collaborate with clients to assess needs and provide professional, reliable service.Maintain accurate service records including parts, labor, and recommendations.Follow all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe work environment.Stay up to date with industry trends and new technologies to continuously strengthen technical expertiseWhy Join VMG?
