The TL;DR Role: Early Career Type: Full-time Location: Hybrid, Brentwood, TN Team: Accounting & Finance Department Mission: Process, reconcile, associate, disburse, and support a wide variety of accounting functions with accuracy and efficiency. Tech Stack: Microsoft Office (Excel) What You’ll Actually Do Invoice Processing: Efficiently handle the processing of high-volume invoices, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Document Management: Prepare and maintain accounting documents that support financial transactions. Discrepancy Resolution: Research, track, and resolve accounting discrepancies and questions. SLA Adherence: Ensure all assigned responsibilities and tasks are completed within defined service level agreements. Documentation Verification: Review and verify the accuracy of supporting documentation as required. The Must-Haves Background: High school diploma/GED required with a foundational understanding of payables. Experience: 1+ years of payables experience, with a preference for commission payables. Skills: Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, strong organizational skills, strong reconciliation experience, and demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel).
