Sales Director

Role Description The Sales Director is a full-time, on-site role based in Las Vegas, NV, responsible for driving sales growth and market penetration across the multifamily and community solutions portfolio. This position oversees the development and execution of sales strategies, leads and mentors a sales team, and manages key relationships with property owners, managers, and developers. The Sales Director identifies new business opportunities, leads contract negotiations, and collaborates with marketing, operations, and customer service to deliver integrated solutions that meet client needs. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring sales performance, forecasting revenue, refining sales processes, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The role also involves representing Spectrum Community Solutions at industry events and maintaining strong awareness of competitive offerings and market trends. Qualifications Demonstrated expertise in Sales and Business Development, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets in B2B or multifamily telecommunications or technology markets. Experience in Sales Operations, including pipeline management, forecasting, reporting, and process optimization to support efficient, scalable sales activity. Strong background in Customer Service, with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships and ensure a high-quality customer experience. Proven Team Management capabilities, including leading, coaching, and developing high-performing sales teams in a fast-paced environment. Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers and collaborate across cross-functional teams. Ability to work on-site in Las Vegas, NV, with regular travel to client properties and regional meetings as needed. Relevant experience in telecommunications, broadband services, or multifamily housing solutions is highly beneficial.
