We are seeking Bussers to support full-service restaurant and event or banquet operations by maintaining clean, organized dining areas and assisting the service team. This role provides basic guest assistance and limited guest interaction while supporting the floor manager, restaurant manager, and head server during shifts.
Responsibilities
- Clear and reset tables promptly and efficiently.
- Transport dishes, trays, food, and other service items safely.
- Provide water service and assist with food running.
- Maintain clean dining rooms and respond quickly to spills.
- Assist guests with basic needs and provide limited guest support.
- Support the host stand and coordinate with servers and managers.
- Restock dining and service supplies.
- Remove waste and support overall team operations.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in restaurant service.
- Knowledge of food safety and dining room maintenance.
- Experience handling trays.
- Customer service skills.
- Strong time management and teamwork skills.
- Clear communication and attention to detail.
