Senior Account Manager

Direct Edge Media is seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to join our growing team.

This role is ideal for a print professional who understands that exceptional account management is about much more than customer service. Success requires technical print knowledge, project ownership, strong communication, and the ability to keep complex jobs moving from concept to completion.

We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving problems, and takes pride in delivering an outstanding customer experience.

This role is equal parts relationship builder, project manager, print expert, and problem solver.

What You'll Do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, prospects, and internal stakeholders
• Manage projects from estimating and order entry through production, fulfillment, delivery, and invoicing
• Prepare accurate quotes and recommend the best print, finishing, fulfillment, and shipping solutions
• Partner closely with production, prepress, purchasing, logistics, and sales teams to ensure successful project execution
• Proactively communicate project status, timelines, and solutions
• Troubleshoot challenges and develop creative solutions to meet customer objectives
• Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers as needed
• Ensure projects are completed accurately, on time, and aligned with customer expectations

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in commercial printing, large format graphics, visual communications, packaging, or a related industry
• Experience managing customer accounts, estimates, project workflows, or print production
• Working knowledge of digital, offset, and/or large-format printing processes
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a deadline-driven environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Experience with print management, MIS, ERP, estimating, or workflow systems preferred
• Adobe Creative Suite experience is a plus
