Vision House is seeking an Alumni Support Specialist to provide ongoing post-transition support for families in the Family Transitions Program. The role focuses on housing stability, resource navigation, and landlord communications to help families retain permanent housing. The position is part-time, non-exempt, 25 hours per week, located in Shoreline WA with travel to Renton and other locations as needed.
