Are you organized, detail-oriented, able to work well under pressure, and comfortable helping people over the phone? SERVPRO of Bountiful is looking for a Mitigation Scheduling and Dispatch Coordinator to keep our crews scheduled, customers informed, and daily operations running smoothly.

You’ll help customers who may be dealing with stressful property damage situations. A calm attitude, clear communication, and dependable follow-through are essential.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Answer incoming calls professionally and gather accurate customer and job information.
- Schedule and dispatch mitigation crews according to job priorities and management direction.
- Coordinate appointments, return visits, and schedule changes with customers and field teams.
- Communicate arrival windows, delays, and updates promptly.
- Keep schedules, job records, and messages accurate and current.
- Follow instructions, company protocols, and established procedures.
- Bring urgent concerns and scheduling conflicts to the appropriate manager.
- Follow through on callbacks, messages, and outstanding scheduling needs.

- Ability to stay calm, organized, and professional under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and accurate documentation.
- Ability to manage multiple requests and adapt to changing priorities.
- Willingness to follow directions, learn procedures, and ask questions when needed.
- Dependability, punctuality, and consistent follow-through.
- Comfort using computers, email, and scheduling software.
- Customer service, scheduling, or dispatch experience preferred.
