Regional Safety Specialist

Job Description

Develop and implement safety policies and procedures .
Conduct site inspections, audits, hazard assessments, and safety training .
Ensure compliance with OSHA and MSHA regulations .
Handle accident investigations, reporting, and corrective actions .
Conduct MSHA/OSHA training and recordkeeping .
Monitor safety trends, metrics, and workplace incidents.
Work closely with operations, HR, employees, and customer safety teams .
Support multiple job sites across different states.

Requirements:

2+ years of occupational health & safety experience in an industrial environment.
Strong OSHA and MSHA knowledge .
Safety certification required.
MSHA Instructor certification is a plus.
Strong communication, training, and leadership skills.
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel.
80–90% field/job-site work .
