Job Description

As a Bus Runner at Petrossian Bar at Bellagio, you will play an essential role in creating an exceptional dining experience by maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for every guest. You will support the front-of-house team by clearing and resetting tables, stocking service stations, and ensuring dining areas are always presentation-ready. Working closely with Food Servers and other team members, you will help deliver efficient, seamless service while upholding Bellagio's standards of luxury, hospitality, and attention to detail. All duties are performed in accordance with company policies and procedures.

THE STARTING RATE: $14.8702/ Hour THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Maintain food and beverage station in a clean and orderly manner
• Clean and sanitize all equipment
• Keep floors free of debris and spills
• Sweep and mop floor, and empty garbage, as required by the venue
• Maintain par stock levels in the beverage station
• Clean and sanitize tables and chairs
• Retrieve orders the warehouse and stock storeroom
• Assist with proper stock rotation
• Run food as required by the Department
• Perform other job-related duties as requested

The Ideal Candidate:

• Is 21+ years of age
• High School Diploma or GED
• 1+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience (Experience in a restaurant as a Bus or Food Runner) preferred
• Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays
